Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with House of Radhe. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order via WhatsApp, Instagram, email or in person, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. How orders work

Our website is a catalogue — there is no automated checkout. You add pieces to your cart and send them to us as a WhatsApp message (or contact us on Instagram or email). A binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order and availability in writing.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include German VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are confirmed with you before payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment details are shared after we confirm your order. Your piece is reserved for you and shipped once payment is received.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping within Germany on orders over €49. Other shipping costs and delivery times are confirmed with you before payment. Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to you or your nominated recipient.

6. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons. To do so, contact us at mansithacker26@gmail.com. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. Please note that hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings may be excluded where their seal has been broken.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Governing law

German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
